Our experience

Our founder John Raymond’s coaching experience spans nearly three decades working with MNCs across Asia Pacific and his advocacy work in the coaching industry and affiliation with professional bodies.

He is seen as a highly regarded coaching expert, sought by organisations and government agencies alike. He holds a Master of Coaching Psychology as well as many other coaching qualifications and accreditations.
