1point5’s one-on-one coaching is uniquely adapted for the Asian context, realising that subtle variations are required to maximise effectiveness.

What to expect in this program?

An individual coaching engagement is designed around the goals, needs and preferences of the coaching counterpart. A typical session involves an initial chemistry check, 5 to 8 60-minute sessions, optional opening/closing triangular meeting with your direct reports, and stakeholder interviews when relevant.

We believe a commitment of at least six months is required to exact the desired change. Coaching sessions are delivered in-person, virtually or a hybrid as agreed between the coach and coachee.
